All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

www. OhhStree.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

www. OhhStree.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 days post receiving the item. Kindly be advised that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipment confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing the tracking details and courier partner information, subject to availability.

Customers can use the provided tracking number/link to track the status of their shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, we reserve the right to charge additional re-shipping fees or cancel the order in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returned or canceled orders. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, quality inspections, repackaging, and administrative handling.

A restocking fee may be charged under the following circumstances:

  • Returns initiated after the order has been shipped

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or tags

  • Returns due to reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors

  • Order cancellations requested after dispatch

The applicable restocking fee, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of return approval and will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, unless otherwise stated.
